I am getting constant threats from something on my Norton. The address is 91.212.226.7, 443. I cannot access my Desktop at all. All the Icons and Start Up menu are gone. Can you tell me what to do please?

The CD/DVD ROM drive on my Toshiba A305D has stopped working and doesn't show up in 'My Computer' or Device Manager. Any suggestions?

I recently had some upgrades installed on my computer. When I brought it home, I was told I had to install most of my programs again. I still have the plastic case that my Microsoft Office came in. When I inserted the disk, it asks for the key code. There is about three different key code type numbers on the case. Every one I tried did not work. Now I cannot even print or edit any of my word documents. Where do I go from here? Thanks in advance.
