Every time I log on, Microsoft asks me for a forgotten password and requires me to type in an account.live.com and 20 odd numbers, but it doesn't work. This issue is happening on my computer.

I have an older Compaq Presario SR1010 that is corrupted and needs a service pack. I downloaded the service pack, but every time I try to install it, the screen message indicates it needs an asms file. What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Compaq? What have you tried so far with your Compaq? Have you installed any updates recently? Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm having trouble accessing my account to reset passwords. I'm trying to set up a Chumba account but can't get back to the page. My conversations are via Messenger, but that doesn't get me to the casino. I believe I just changed my password. What should I do?
