My BMO card was declined this morning at a Metro store. It says funds are available, and I used it 45 minutes earlier without issues. I can’t access my Microsoft password and keep getting 365 pop-ups, which prevent me from receiving texts, emails, and making calls. My computers were lost in a hurricane, and everything had to be downloaded from Carbonite, which might have affected my account. I was hacked on Facebook and it told me to log out of my account so I can attempt to take care of this problem. I attempted to have them send a code to my phone and it wouldn't do that. Have you ensured your other accounts are safe? Especially if they use the same username or password. I have. I called the number they had listed and they wanted $300. What should I do to recover my hacked Facebook account and ensure my other accounts are safe?
