I installed Adobe Reader 8.1.2. When I try to print out brokerage confirmations, text does not print out, but such things as company logo, deposit slips, etc. do print. The entire confirmation appears on my screen, but prints with missing text. Printer hardware is fine. I have uninstalled and re-installed Reader numerous times. No effect. I use Windows Vista Home Premium operating system. Monthly statements will print out, but not confirmations. What could be causing this issue?

My Photosmart B1100 printer will neither switch off at the button nor load correctly for use. It is not loaded for wireless. I have checked that all plugs are properly in place. The notice I get is that the printer is offline.

My Toshiba laptop won't start and keeps showing a disc inconsistency error. Windows automatically checks the disc for errors every time I try to turn it on, but I can't get to my desktop. Is there anything I can do to restore everything or reboot everything?
