I got my girlfriend an iPhone 12, but she can't use it. It's activated, but she cannot send or receive phone calls, texts, or do anything on it. Tech support fixed some issues and added features, but it still doesn't work. I cannot recover my old sbcglobal.net email account password. I've tried all common passwords and typical answers to the security questions, but they don't work.
