I am locked out of my Gmail account and have tried using my security questions and phone number for password reset, but nothing has worked. I am blocked on all devices. What can I do to regain access to my Gmail account without having to pay for additional support?

Google does not provide live support for Gmail as it is a free service, and there is no phone number...

My computer has shut down with a Windows Security Lock-up and the message says that my IP Address was used without my permission and my computer was locked down to prevent illegal activity. A Window Support Number (1-***-***-****) is given and I am asked to call that number immediately. I am told not to shut down or restart my computer, which could add to data loss or further security activity. Is this message a scam?

I have service with AT&T and have not been getting my emails. My email is ***@******.***. I have not used Yahoo in years. When I go into the Yahoo app, it says it is under another account. Years ago, I may have used Yahoo app and it may be under austin.rr.com. I don't remember the suffix or password. How can I recover my Yahoo account and ensure my emails are received?
