I had a tech work on my email account (jfs91110@gmail.com) to change my username and password. The password was changed, but not the username. Now, I cannot access my email account and am receiving messages from Google about an unknown user trying to access my account. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My LG tower computer is slow and goes to sleep, making it difficult to wake up without unplugging and restarting. Additionally, Internet Explorer is not responding. What can be done to resolve these issues?

Last night, I entered Google Maps and for the first time, it asked for a password. I didn’t know it and added one. Now my email doesn’t work. I want it back. I am not logged into my email account on any other devices and only have a phone number on file to help reset my password. I am 65 and not tech-savvy. I need to use my email and get rid of the password for Google Maps or change the mess from last night.

I have a Lenovo T430s upgraded to Windows 10. A non-functional email address was installed (presumably by Microsoft) when I tried to open an old MS account, causing my T430s to not recognize my PIN, password, or fingerprint. I can't sign in because the computer doesn't accept my password, even after resetting it at the MS account. How can I resolve this issue without losing my files?

I'm trying to set up my attglobal.net email in Outlook after replacing my hard drive. I don't remember the original incoming/outgoing server settings and can't find any links to attglobal.net online to recover my password. How can I set up my email and reset my password?
