I had a virus called Zero Access on my desktop. After repeated attempts, I eliminated the virus; however, Google (as well as Bing) can no longer be accessed on the desktop. Any suggestions on how I can restore access to Google?

I am trying to burn photos and videos to a disc using various types of discs (DVD-R, DVD-RW, Sony CD-R) on my HP Pavilion a6345n with Windows Vista, but I keep getting a message to insert a disc even though one is already in the drive. I have run a Windows Fix-It tool, but it didn't resolve the issue. How can I fix this problem?

I can sign on to my Wells Fargo Checking Account but am unable to pay bills. When I click on bill pay, the page keeps loading and eventually says 'can't load this site'. This has been happening since December and no one seems to be able to help me with this problem. Can you please tell me what is going on?
