I can sign on to my Wells Fargo Checking Account but am unable to pay bills. When I click on bill pay, the page keeps loading and eventually says 'can't load this site'. This has been happening since December and no one seems to be able to help me with this problem. Can you please tell me what is going on?

Unable to log on to AOL. When I log on to AOL computer check up, I get a message saying 'system tools and utilities has stopped working'. This issue has been ongoing for days and affects the entire AOL desktop.

I am running Windows 8 and cannot install updates, which stop at 59% and then revert back to old settings. Additionally, I cannot install any games or apps from the Microsoft Store, with the error code 0x800700c1 appearing after pending. What can I do to resolve these issues?

We have no phone service and the blue and orange lights on our MagicJack Plus are not lit. We tried unplugging the MagicJack from the router and the phones for a few minutes, but it didn't help. We are elderly and need the phone. What should we do?

I somehow lost my Comcast service on my Sony television and was trying to enable a Boxee video stream. I hit a button on my Sony remote that said 'Weta Gate' and I'm not sure what went wrong from there. How can I restore my Comcast service?

My HP laptop was stolen. HP G62 237CA Serial No. 885631462300. Is there any way it can be disabled or traced? It was stolen in Palm Springs, California, and was reported to the police with no results.
