I had an email account: XXX@XXXXXX.XXX. My daughter suggested I change my password, but we apparently did not use the exact combination we changed it to. I am not able to access XXX@XXXXXX.XXX because it keeps reporting that the password I enter is not correct. Is there any way someone can help me?

The screen on my smartphone broke. I had been using ActiveSync to back up my Windows 6 data, but now I can't find my phone numbers. It looks like all the contacts were synced (into Outlook), but no phone numbers. How can I find my phone numbers? Where does ActiveSync store this on my PC? Or how can I retrieve these numbers from my old smartphone? (I am still able to sync it, although the screen doesn't work.)

My laptop's colors are not displaying correctly; they are showing blue/yellow/green hues instead of normal colors. The colors were fine yesterday. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

I have a KN1 laptop. After reinstalling the operating system due to a virus, the BIOS no longer recognizes the internal DVD drive. The drive shows power and spins when a CD is inserted, but it is not recognized in 'My Computer', Device Manager, or BIOS. The drive works fine in other laptops. How can I fix this issue?

I have Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 Professional. For the past 6 weeks, the font size in Outlook notes and emails has changed to a smaller size, despite setting it to 12 in Tools. How can I restore the font size to normal?
