I have a black screen on my emachines D620. The power light is on, and I hear the fan sound when I turn it on. However, the caps lock and num lock indicator lights are not on. What could be the issue?

I want to use PowerPoint with my notes and small images on my laptop screen and full images projected by a projector. I have PowerPoint 2010 and a Fujitsu laptop. I can't get the computer to do this. Can you help me?

Security Essentials is preventing my receiving email on Outlook 2007. The server recommends turning Security Essentials off. Another error message says to run Scanpst.exe, through Microsoft Office 12, but I don't have that, and cannot access this through the search at the start menu.

I am trying to access my account but I have forgotten the answer to my security question. When I input my correct password, it returns to asking for the security question, creating a loop. I am now locked out for 24 hours. I want to switch my AOL pricing to the free version. Can you help?

I have 3 computers all running Windows 7 connected on a wireless network. How do I set them up to share all files (read and write) on the network without using Homegroup, and can I delete the public folders from all computers?
