My CD fell into the drive of my new Acer Aspire Z5771. How can I get it out, and is there a way to replace or upgrade the DVD drive if needed?

I own a Sony Vaio laptop, VPCEE23FX. It worked fine until one day I tried to boot it up and it wouldn't boot. The disk drive clicks as though it is looking for a disk but there is no activity for the hard drive. Nothing comes up on the screen. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I tried to modify my Vista password for the System Admin account but made a mistake. Now I can't use the 'sys admin' account despite trying multiple variations of the password. I don't have a boot disk. Is there anything I can do to rectify this problem?
