I'm experiencing internet connectivity issues and need to resolve them by 8am central time. My modem lights are all green, but I'm unable to connect to the internet. I work remotely and urgently need this issue fixed.

My Facebook account has been hacked. I can't log in because the passwords, emails, and phone numbers were all deleted. The account name is Mary***. I created a new account with the same name after discovering the hack. I was tricked into thinking I was helping a poor relative, and they tried to get me to send money via Cash App. I have some of the Cash App cashtag info. My email account, ***@******.***, is also not accessible. What should I do to regain control of my hacked Facebook account and secure my email?

All of a sudden, my Spreadsheets in Office 2019 are Read Only files and are corrupted. I am using Office 2019 and have recently updated it. I am on a Windows computer and have not installed any new apps or made any changes to settings before this issue started. What can I do to resolve this?

I am trying to reset my password on my iPhone, but it has been out for 2 weeks for my email. I bought a new iPhone and was given directions to reset, but I have to wait 48 hours to prove it is me. I don't know when I last changed my password for my Apple ID, and the one I am using is probably not the current one. I have tried resetting through Apple's online account reset tool and have entered the last password I know in settings - mail - accounts. What should I do next?
