I have a corrupted Excel file (file.xlsx) with a password XXXXX. I inadvertently changed the file extension and then changed it back, which may have damaged the file. I can open an older version of the file but want to recover last year’s changes. I have tried various methods to open the file, including rebooting, using different machines, safe mode, Excel's open and repair option, and different software like Open Office and LibreOffice, but none have worked. Excel does not reach the password window and gives an error message: “Excel cannot open the file “xxx.xxx” because the file format or file extension is not valid.” I use Excel 2010. How can I recover the data from this corrupted file?

I purchased a Dell Inspiron Mini computer and had it modified by a friend who installed Google Chrome OS, which I don't like. I also have another computer with Windows 7, which I prefer. How can I replace the Chrome OS on the Mini with Windows 7? Can I do this myself, or do I need to send the Mini back to the company for this change, and if so, what would the charges be?

In Outlook 2007, the Mail pane is displaying messages with only the 'TO' and time fields, instead of showing 'From', 'Subject', and 'Date'. This issue is affecting two users on an Exchange Server 2003 Small Business Server, while others do not have this problem. When these users work offline, the format displays correctly. How can this issue be resolved?

If I have 3 separate and distinct brands and I want to have a site built for consumers in the US, China, and France, why do I need 9 storefronts for 3 different languages? Is there a way to do it with one site and still maintain brand identity and appropriate language for each country, while using Magento as our platform?
