I'm having a problem downloading the disc. I put it in the D drive and close it. Then a window comes up listing the contents, but it just sits there. I waited 15 minutes & it did nothing. What kind of disk is it (for example, video DVD, installation DVD) and what are you expecting it to do when you insert it?
