I have a Dell PC with Windows 10. Recently, I purchased a disk to load Checksoft Personal Deluxe V 14. I was able to upload the program successfully, but when I click to open it, I get the message: 'Error occurred while opening file. Template.tpl. The Template File does not match the application. The file can not be opened.' Despite deleting and reloading the program, the issue persists. What is the solution?
