I have a Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3-B3 motherboard on Vista 64-bit. It used to work fine, but now crashes when I try to run games, and the system rating says I need to fix a WMI error. What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?

I can receive calls, but get disconnected after a few rings even if the person I'm calling is online. I am referring to Skype. No error message is received, and the issue happens consistently with one person in particular.

My Dell dock language file is missing, causing the program to stop and ask for the language file. I tried performing a system restore, but it did not resolve the issue. The computer says it does not have a restore point and needs to create one. Additionally, there seems to be a mix of IE 7 and IE 9 versions running, and the IE page looks different. I encountered a blue screen error on my Dell laptop with Windows XP, which instructed me to disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation, or backup utilities, and to check hard drive configuration and updated drivers. I ran CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption and restarted the computer. The error code is 0x000000024. I was trying to update the drivers and disk defragment the computer, but neither process completed successfully. Now, I need help resolving this issue. Can you advise on what steps to take next?
