I have a hacker stalker thief who has hacked my internet and all of our devices, including cellphones and computers. They are watching, listening, and harassing me. I know who the hacker is and she has stolen all of our personal private information, impersonating me, and even told me she has life insurance policies for myself and my family. She has been doing this for ten years. What should I do to secure my accounts and devices, and how can I change my router password if I don't know how?

My Canon G3200 printer stopped printing, and the yellow light next to the diamond figure on the top control panel is blinking. I had just printed a document that printed very well, and I checked the ink level, which is fine. I am connecting via USB from my Asus laptop, which I recently updated to Windows 11.
