I have a Lenovo Ideapad 120s-11IAP with an issue where I can't open settings or download Google Chrome. The computer is fairly new and only has 29 GB of storage, with Windows taking up 12 GB. I'm experiencing low memory issues and the computer sometimes locks up. What can be done to resolve these issues?

My computer turns on, the screen is on, and I can get the date and time, but I cannot get to the sign-in screen. The brand and model of my computer is a Satellite Pro Model C55-AS100. This issue started this morning, and I have tried pressing Ctrl Alt Del and unplugging the computer.

I can't access my email box to download emails. I keep getting pop-ups like pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com. I've changed my password multiple times and am unsure which one is correct. I no longer have a cell phone, only a home phone. I don't know if I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. These are the issues.
