I have a Lenovo X120e laptop and it has no sound. The speaker icon is X'ed out and says no speakers or headphones attached. I tried reloading the sound driver with no luck. Sound only works through the USB docking station. Do you have any suggestions?

DVD/CD is not responding to Media Player or Media Center. My computer froze a couple of weeks ago, and after having the hard drive replaced and installing a genuine copy of Microsoft 7, the DVD/CD is still not responding. Any help?
