I can't get into my Skype account nor my Microsoft account. It says my passwords are all wrong. Additionally, Microsoft is not recognizing any of my email addresses, Skype, or phone number. How can I reset my password and regain access to my accounts?

I have the latest version of Skype and since I got it months ago, it has been a nightmare. Each time I sign in, I see a screen that says to use the latest version of Skype and two buttons: 'not now' or 'try it now'. I click on 'try now' and see my contacts, but cannot communicate with them. While I hear them speaking, they cannot hear me. When I check settings, everything is okay, but I cannot communicate. I am running Microsoft 10 and last updated Skype a week ago. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I have been using the same broadband connection for ten years, but I am now being told I do not have an internet connection. My computer is an Acer E1 570 with Windows 10, which recently updated. I tried setting up a new connection but was told I do not have a valid IP address. I am using Orange in France.
