I have a monthly allotment distribution of $600.00 to my 6 children through the AFBank. I was notified that the distribution has been made, and now I'm getting a notice that another payment is being made today. I've had previous problems where 3 of the 6 payments went out twice in the same month, and I also requested a change of bank accounts for one child, Jennifer Bollin, but instead of the change being made, she was paid twice to the old account. I tried phoning but couldn't get through to speak to a live person. What should I do to resolve these recurring payment issues?

My internet is down, and it has been 48 hours since I reported the issue. I have tried resetting my modem and router multiple times, but the internet light on the Belong Modem is not on, indicating a network fault. I run a business from home, and waiting 2 days is not acceptable. What can be done to expedite the resolution of this issue?

I renewed my Microsoft Word on January 27, 2021, but I can't access it on my iPad, which says there's no account. I'm using Safari and I'm 78 years old with limited computer knowledge. My email linked to the account is ***@******.*** and my landline number is (###) ###-####. I only have an iPad and no other devices. Additionally, when I accidentally delete something, I can't retrieve it from the trash. Is there another place to retrieve it?
