We bought a laptop in May from Marshall Wards, and it has become faulty. We have lost the paperwork and insurance that we took out with the laptop. We contacted Marshall Wards, but they said there's nothing they can do without the paperwork. We are still paying for the laptop. How can we resolve this issue?

I cannot use the Library portion of my Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006. I used it for 2 or 3 years with no problems. I added an external hard drive recently to save photos. Since then, the Library does not open. I removed the external hard drive, uninstalled and reinstalled the Image program several times, but it still doesn't open. Please help. I can't use the Editor if I can't get to my Library of pictures. The pictures are still in Windows.

The volume is set at 100, but I can barely hear the voices or music on my Toshiba laptop computer using the Toshiba-DVD player. The application has a slider control set at 100 and a turning volume control that doesn't increase the volume when turned. I have also tried adjusting the volume in the system tray, but it still doesn't work. What could be the issue?
