I can't get back into my Instagram account because I don't have the email or security code for it. How can I recover my account?

I have not received emails since Wednesday. I am using my iPad at home and do not use my phone for email. I have not changed any settings, but there were intermittent power issues due to lightning on Wednesday. I also have a filter set to only show unread emails, which I did not add. What could be causing this issue?

My WhatsApp account is disabled and I don't understand why. I have checked my email and other online accounts for tampering, especially since they share the same username and password. I received a message stating that this account cannot use WhatsApp because it goes against WhatsApp's terms of service. I have not engaged in any spam, fraud, or unsafe activities. I am an educator and a social worker, and I run a non-profit organization. Additionally, my Facebook account was recently hacked and disabled. I suspect these issues might be related. What should I do to resolve these account suspensions?

My phone was recently stolen while on holiday in Morocco. I have a temporary phone and am trying to log in, but I cannot access my two-factor authentication because Google Authenticator was on my stolen phone. The backup codes are also on my old phone. Is there any other way to help me log in to my account?
