I have a problem with my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes mobile game. Last week, I had 67 zetas and 52 omega abilities, which I was saving for the new conquest Ben Solo. However, my app wouldn't stay open all day and kept going in and out. When I came back the next day, I only had 10 zetas and 2 yellow omega abilities. I feel cheated as some of these were earned and some were bought. When could I last open my software? Did I recently update my software or Operating System (OS)?

We were told our order for a TV bracket would be delivered Friday. The order number is 2177836597552. Can you tell me the status of this order? Additionally, our store in Eagle Rock near Glendale, CA now has a bracket in stock that we need. We would like to cancel this order and get the credit back on my husband’s card so we can pick up the bracket ourselves.
