I have a product key sticker on the bottom of my Asus eee PC laptop, but I don't know what product it refers to. It doesn't work with Office, which I assumed it was for. The sticker has a barcode with the number 00190-488-403-938 and additional text that includes 'Windows 7 Starter' and 'plus code x15-53817'. What does this product key refer to, and how can I determine if Office is pre-installed or if I need to purchase it separately?

My PC will not allow me access to bovada.lv. When I select the Bovada icon, the User Account Control appears, and I select 'Yes' to allow Bovada to make changes to my PC. The Bovada icon appears on the bottom of the screen and then disappears, and I cannot access Bovada. How can I resolve this issue?

I installed Windows 7 Professional 32bit over my Windows 7 Professional 64bit due to compatibility issues with my utilities. Now, I have gold padlocks on some folders, such as the START directory, preventing me from placing shortcuts and causing permission issues.
