I have a Samsung laptop, model Notebook NP500P4C, with Windows 8 operating system. I changed to a new battery pack, but when I turn it on, it displays the Samsung logo and then shuts off without reaching the home page. I have a full charge on the battery. What should I do?

I am unable to play games on my computer, and my screen does not scroll down. When I try to play games like Bingo Bash and Socially Solitaire through Facebook, the screen only shows half of the game and keeps saying I have blocked Flash Player. The screen is also frozen, and I cannot scroll down to see more postings or click on other links at the top of the page.

I can't sign into my AOL email. It keeps asking for my password, then it phones me and gives me a word, but the word won't fit in the box. Are there any other steps I can take to resolve this issue?
