I have a Sony Vaio that I was trying to reformat by pressing the space bar repeatedly while rebooting. Now, all I see when I turn on the computer is a screen stating 'Invalid partition table' and I cannot do anything to change it. I was trying to return the hard drive/computer to factory settings to wipe the computer clean so I can give it away. What should I do?

I received a scam email requesting personal information for AOL account management, and I mistakenly provided my credit card details. I have since canceled my credit card. My AOL account is on automatic payment using the closed credit card. Should I change my username, and how can I update my credit card information for AOL? Additionally, my computer runs slow and jerky with audio messages when connected to our building's wireless network, which has low signal strength. Is this an issue with my computer or the connection? Another computer using the same wireless connection does not have this problem.

My account was hacked, and now every time I try to log on I get an error: "Please try again... There was a problem and unfortunately, we have to ask you to sign in again...."

I have a Samsung R580 Notebook and the AC adapter has died. Are there no vendors in Nashville, TN who sell this part? And if not, are there no "universal" adapters that fit this computer? I am a graduate student with a great deal at stake and NO TIME to wait for a delivery. Please advise.
