My email was shut down on February 5th, 2021, through Adobe Business Catalyst. They tell me my account is open and all invoices are paid through 2/6/21. How do I get my send and receive email functionality back, and why am I unable to receive emails from mail.worldsecuremail.com?

I forgot my Google account password and have made too many attempts to recover it. I don't have access to my account on any other devices, and I can't remember my last password. My recovery email is not receiving any messages, and my iPad is not receiving emails either, except through the Google app on my phone. How can I recover my Google account password?

Additionally, I was directed to JustAnswer.com for assistance, but it seems you are not affiliated with the company from whom the purchase was made. Why was I directed here, and what should I do next?

I bought a Dell refurbished Chromebook and it didn't come with instructions. When I turn it on, it only searches for internet, but I don't have internet and just want to use Windows 7. My network appears in the WiFi list, but it just says searching for WiFi. How can I disable WiFi to access Windows?
