I have a Toshiba laptop A215 with a new hard drive that I replaced after the original one died. When I try to run the recovery disk, I get an error code 03-EEEE-0000. The new hard drive has not been partitioned or formatted, and I cannot create a temp directory on the C drive because it doesn't exist yet. What should I do to resolve this issue?

When attempting to burn a CD using Roxio software, it reports 'not enough space' on the disk, even with only one tiny file to be written and on freshly unwrapped CDs of three different brands. The issue persists even when trying to burn using Windows Explorer function, as Roxio intervenes with the same report. The system is Windows XP Pro on a Dell 8250, and this capability was working 10-12 days ago. Has Microsoft done an update that orphaned Roxio's software?

I had an email account: XXX@XXXXXX.XXX. My daughter suggested I change my password, but we apparently did not use the exact combination we changed it to. I am not able to access XXX@XXXXXX.XXX because it keeps reporting that the password I enter is not correct. Is there any way someone can help me?
