I have a YouTube account where I added a second account under the same email address. Now, I can no longer access the first account as the creator. When I log into YouTube, I can only see the second account. I've tried switching accounts, but I don't see the first one. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I received notification that my purchase of ManyAds was not complete. I had difficulty completing the sale; it took 3 or 4 tries. I have a receipt for $298.50 from you but my credit card shows a charge of $597. The purchase was made through PayPal. My PayPal account is set up under my personal email, ***@******.***. I am having trouble connecting with all my Facebook friends and receiving notifications for their posts. I have heard that Facebook limits the number of frequent friends to about 25, but I want to see posts from all my friends, including a Cuba friend who posted news three days ago without me receiving a notification.
