W7. System Tools/Defragmenter is not working. Refuses to start.

I am trying to put my logo onto my web page as an image, but it is not working. I am very new at this and have little understanding of what I am doing. I uploaded Joomla through my cpanel website and started using it. The template had a nice picture, but when I went to put another image, everything disappeared. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I have a Neat5 desktop scanner connected to my four-year-old PC with Windows 7 via USB. The scanner hangs up when trying to go online. I previously downloaded several programs with antivirus software to solve other computer issues. What settings should I use for Internet Explorer to resolve this issue?

My HP G70 laptop will not go past the boot manager. I don't have the Windows installation disc so cannot repair the computer. Can you help me please?

I cannot access my Microsoft Money 2007 files. I have tried entering the correct password, but it says the login or password is incorrect. I cannot get beyond the login page, and this is specifically asking for my MS Money password, which is the same as my email password. I have not upgraded from a previous version and my LiveID ends with @msn.com. I have also tried logging into msn.com with my credentials, but it does not work.
