I have an Acer Aspire M3600 desktop. I play online gaming and never had a problem until 2 days ago when it started rebooting when trying to enter a game, citing a graphics issue. I installed a new graphics card, but now the monitor shows a black screen with no display, though the computer is powered on and the hard drive has a flashing blue icon. The monitor is in idle mode. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

The toolbar at the bottom of my computer screen is blocking the submit button of a software I have opened. I'm unable to click on the submit button because the toolbar is blocking it.
