I cannot access messenger or notifications on Facebook. They are both turned on, but this last worked about 4-5 days ago. I can open Facebook and send messages, and can see messages sent to me if I know who is sending to me. I have not recently updated my software or Operating System. I have rebooted my computer and checked the settings to ensure they have not changed.

I have problems with my Facebook page and news feed. It was working fine over the weekend but now I cannot post new topics or photos. I can see my news feed and make comments to posts I have already posted. I also noticed that I just get a spinning wheel when clicking on the messenger icon and bell icon. That has never happened before. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?
