I have an HP Touchsmart IQ526T PC with a touchscreen. The screen won't turn on, but it makes the correct sounds when touched, and the computer portion seems to be working as the fans and power lights come on. I measured the voltages going into the inverter and they are steady at 4.95 and 19.50 volts. I also noticed a momentary white flash on the screen and a blue LED light when I unplug and replug the power adaptor. I suspect the inverter might be faulty. Can I get technical assistance to diagnose and correct this problem with my HP Touchsmart PC?

I can't send or receive emails through my iPod using Hotmail (msn.com) and can't connect online. My PC and laptop are not affected, and I can get my mail that way. How can I resolve this issue?

I have Adobe InDesign CS and am trying to open a file created in a more recent version. I get a message to upgrade my plug-ins to the latest version, specifically mentioning 'InDesign Content Management'.
