I have an iPhone 7 Plus that I disabled somehow. Can you help me get it back on? I've tried a hard reset and following a YouTube video, but neither worked. The phone was set back to factory default by my sister, and I've been unable to set it up for three days.

Trying to download Power BI from Office.com using my work account, but the Microsoft Store does not recognize my work account as an option. When I try to log in with my work email, it reports that my account does not exist. My computer is a Microsoft Surface running Windows 10, and I have both a personal and a business account set up on this machine. I was able to download Power BI using my personal account, but not with my business account.

When I try to turn my PC on, it doesn't turn on all the way; the monitor turns off and on, and all the USBs plugged in do the same. My MG246QR gaming monitor by Asus works fine with my PS4, but not with the PC. The issue started after the PC went black when I watched Twitch or tried to run a game, and after a reset, the PC wouldn't turn on properly.
