When I try to turn my PC on, it doesn't turn on all the way; the monitor turns off and on, and all the USBs plugged in do the same. My MG246QR gaming monitor by Asus works fine with my PS4, but not with the PC. The issue started after the PC went black when I watched Twitch or tried to run a game, and after a reset, the PC wouldn't turn on properly.

My card was compromised and I had to get a new one. During the process, I started a 7-day free period and received an email canceling my service due to failed card charges. My card was not canceled at the time. Now, I see the same charges from the same people who compromised my account initially (Streamgames.com). I have yet to see a charge from your service or a pending attempt. What is going on before I call the credit card company to get a new card?

I am trying to install Windows 10 on a newly built gaming desktop with an ASUS B550 motherboard and a Ryzen 7 3600 processor, but the installation is not proceeding. I have a valid Windows 10 key, but when I try to enter it, the system says it can't upgrade and can't find the drivers for Windows 10. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I pasted S&P 500 index historical data into Excel and want to sort it by oldest to newest date, but Excel couldn't recognize the date. I tried converting text to columns but it didn't work. What should I do?

I received an alert that my computer had no Microsoft firewall, which then locked up my computer. When I called the number on the screen, the 'technician' insisted I buy a firewall from Microsoft or pay $350 to regain access without installation. Payment was to be by check. This sounded suspicious, so I ended the call. My screen is still frozen with Windows warnings. The computer is a Dell running Windows 10. I was just browsing the news when this happened. Does the screen change when pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete? I tried it and it went to a screen with a 'technician' named John Mars and his employee number. How can I regain access to my computer and understand why this occurred?
