I have an OEM Vista 64 system builder pack and want to install it on my current Vista Home Premium 32-bit system. I'm unsure if I can upgrade without erasing my hard drive or how to proceed with the installation process.

My computer will not update to Internet Explorer 8.0. My Sony laptop model number is XXXXX. What error do I get when trying to update, and is it possible that I am trying to update to IE9 (Beta) on Windows 7, which already has IE8 pre-installed?

I have a Compaq Presario home computer and a Samsung GravityT/T-Mobile cell phone, both purchased this year. I need help transferring photos from my cell phone to my computer to start a file for uploading photos to websites. When I connect the phone to the computer using the data cable, I hear a noise indicating the connection, but I don't see a mobile phone icon in 'My Computer'. What should I do to transfer the photos?
