I have applied for instant ink but cannot get my printer to connect to my laptop. The printer was working and receiving ink supplies, but now it is not connected via Wi-Fi. My internet connection to my laptop is via my smartphone hotspot (unlimited data). My laptop works fine, but the only way I can print or scan is with a direct connection. What can I do to resolve this issue?
