I need help with my billing. My account says it is overdue, and I've paid it 3 times now. $210 was debited from my account by Dodo yesterday. I can't update my card details or make calls. My ex-husband unlinked all our services, and now my internet payment is trying to be debited from an old card. What should I do?

I can't remember my AT&T password and used a temporary one, but it still didn't work. I tried managing passwords but still couldn't get in. I need to pay my account bill but can't access it. I don't have a backup or recovery email address linked to my account. I am logged into my AT&T account on another device, but its screen is messed up and I can't see anything. I need to pay my bill on this phone until my other cell is fixed.
