I have been enjoying my Word Game on my phone for years and have no desire to change to Zynga. I want to get back to my original account with the email address sweetjoe48@cox.net. I know my passcode but not my password. I have tried to reset my password but have not received any reset emails. How can I regain access to my original Word Game account without changing to Zynga?

My Instagram account was deactivated for not following community guidelines, which I believe is a mistake. However, when I try to use the official way to submit a request for a review, I get the message: 'Confirm Your Account to Request a Review. Go to Instagram and confirm it’s you before requesting a review.' Since my account is blocked, I cannot confirm my account. What can I do to resolve this issue?
