I just replaced the toner cartridge on my HP printer and attempted to access the suggested web page www.hp.ca/suppliesrecycle but couldn't. I live in Brampton, ON and would like to return the old cartridge. Can you provide an address or other helpful information for recycling the cartridge?

I have several friends and clients who are unable to contact me. I have the MagicJack security system installed on my MagicJack. When trying to reach me, my clients are instructed to push a specific number to speak with the MagicJack customer service, but nothing happens, and they are asked once again to press another number to connect, and still nothing happens. Please advise me on how to correct this problem.
