I have several friends and clients who are unable to contact me. I have the MagicJack security system installed on my MagicJack. When trying to reach me, my clients are instructed to push a specific number to speak with the MagicJack customer service, but nothing happens, and they are asked once again to press another number to connect, and still nothing happens. Please advise me on how to correct this problem.
