I had a computer problem that required a total system recovery, and now I can't log into my Gmail account because I can't remember the password. My old MSN account, which was linked to Gmail, is no longer accessible as it was last used in 2005. I have a new live.com account but would like to regain access to my Gmail account. I have tried multiple times to recover my account but have been unsuccessful. How can I regain access to my Gmail account?

I am a disabled Iraq veteran in a wheelchair with brain damage. I used to work on computers but now I have a partition I don't want, and the 80GB doesn't show up. I also have a lot of duplicate pictures and files. Can someone help me without charging a huge amount of money?

I updated from Thunderbird 2.?? to the new 3.?? version and soon after all email in the inbox disappeared. How do I get it back? I use Windows XP Pro, Firefox browser, and my incoming email server is a POP server (not POP3).

I purchased a used computer from my office and it was completely cleared of the Windows XP Professional operating system. One of my co-workers mentioned that DELL offers a new version of Windows XP for this kind of situation at around $18.00. Is this true, and if so, how can I order it?
