I have been locked out of my Microsoft account, which is the only account I have ever had. I have tried to recover it through Microsoft's account recovery options, but they require me to provide email addresses that I only know through my contacts, which are in my locked account. I have a major concert coming up this week for which I have spent $1200 on tickets, and I need access to my account to retrieve the necessary information. What can I do to regain access to my account?

My PowerShot A80 came with ZoomBrowser EX, which is vulnerable to hackers according to one site. The problem is reported as CameraWindow.exe. Should I download a fix from a third-party site, or should I uninstall and reinstall ZoomBrowser EX from the Canon website to ensure my files and titles are not affected?
