I have been triple charged for the Alert Web Commander service and it still does not work. I cannot log in with my email and password, and I have sent multiple emails to Logi Support explaining the issues, but only the first email appeared to go through, the rest bounced. What can be done to resolve this issue and where can I send a written explanation of the problems?
