I have been trying to purchase a game subscription through Google Pay for over a week, but it doesn't work. I receive a message from the company for mobile ID, where I have to confirm my identity by filling in my phone number and clicking next, but nothing happens. I have contacted my bank, and there are no issues with my card or account. In Norway, we use a bank ID app instead of mobile bank ID, and I suspect this might not be updated in your system. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?
