I have been unable to access my subscription since October 1st. I am frustrated and want to discontinue my subscription and get a refund on my advanced payment. Additionally, I am experiencing issues with my Mac, which is the latest model with the latest operating system. Despite trying everything suggested on the website and assistance from my children and neighbors, the issue remains unresolved. How can I proceed with canceling my subscription and resolving my Mac issue?
