I have confirmed a 5.1 DSL download speed when the modem is directly connected to the computer. When it goes through the router, it drops to .14. The upload speed is about .6 either way. I have a less than a year old ASUS RT-N56U router. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I want to set up a dual boot system with Windows XP and Windows 7 on two separate hard drives. After installing Windows 7 on the primary hard drive, it won't boot, but XP boots fine. When the secondary hard drive with XP is set to boot first, the dual boot options show Windows 7 twice, with only the top option booting correctly. How can I resolve this issue and ensure both operating systems boot correctly?
