I am setting up my new Roku device and am stuck at the screen where I need to enter my email address, which seems frozen. I cannot highlight the email entry area with my remote. I have a solid internet connection and have checked my email client, antivirus, and firewall settings. I am having trouble syncing my QuickBooks Desktop to Bill.com. Since 12/27/2020, I have been unable to sync two specific accounts (RARCC and RTB) under my YCC Consulting Services, while five other accounts sync successfully. I have followed the sync setup guide and contacted both remote cloud support and Bill.com, but the issue persists. The error message appears at the Bill.com Dashboard when I try to select the QB File and enter my email and password. What additional steps can I take to resolve this issue?
